Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can quote shipping.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Larger or custom-sized prints may take longer; we will notify you if your order needs additional production time.

Shipping methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, package size, and the carrier’s rates at that moment. You may select your preferred carrier and service level at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.

Damaged shipments

Inspect your package on delivery. If the box or contents arrived damaged, photograph it and contact us within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for replacement details.

Local pickup

Local customers may pick up orders at our gallery: 301 Hwy 17 S, Suite 2A, Holly Ridge, NC 28445. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout if available, or contact us to arrange pickup.
