At Topsail Prints, every map, calendar, and printed product is custom-made to order. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and the shipping packaging. We will replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund.
Standard returns
Because our products are printed to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or sizing decisions made at checkout. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the item has not yet entered production. Once a print job has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is genuinely lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and reship if necessary.
How to start a return
Email or call us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within two business days. Contact: 910-803-1759 / (see contact info in site footer).
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
